Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business transformation.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (with 2-3 years of Digital BA experience), with focus on digital solutions
- Experience in end-to-end digital solution implementation including design, build, data flow mapping, integrations, etc.
- Experience in government with a focus on customer experience (CX) or product innovation.
- Proven track record of implementing successful design thinking projects that have led to measurable business outcomes.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Highly skilled in using Jira and Confluence
