We are seeking a Business Test Analyst with a strong background in banking and financial crime processes. You will bring a blend of business analysis expertise and hands-on testing experience to support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts and ensure robust, high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and plans.
Design, develop, and execute test cases to validate business and functional requirements.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts.
Identify, log, and track defects, working closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Provide clear and effective communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including detailed test reports and recommendations.
Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong background in testing, particularly UAT and functional testing.
Banking industry experience is essential, with knowledge of Fin Crime processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using test management tools and techniques.
