Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Stream Lead to drive the Data & AI Operating Model Design for a leading telecommunications company. This role requires a strategic thinker with Telco experience, transformation expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills to shape how Data & AI functions operate within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team to design and implement a Data & AI operating model.
- Align senior stakeholders by providing best practices and facilitating discussions.
- Develop an engagement model between Data & AI teams and the business.
- Advise on operating model challenges, identifying what works and what doesn't.
- Utilise Data Mesh principles to optimise data and AI capabilities.
- Drive transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Data & AI Operating Model Design.
- Strong Telco industry experience and understanding of its data challenges.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, alignment, and facilitation.
- Hands-on experience with transformation in a data-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Data Mesh and its impact on Data & AI strategies.
