Our client is a key regulatory body responsible for upholding quality, safety, and consumer independence in a nationally significant sector. With the sector experiencing significant growth and evolution since its inception, the organisation faces critical challenges that require transformative solutions. To address these, the Australian Federal Government has allocated substantial funding for a comprehensive IT upgrade aimed at enhancing system functionality, responsiveness, and risk management capabilities.
This multi-year transformation program will be delivered by a large, multidisciplinary team and demands specialised ICT and professional service expertise to ensure success.
What we're looking for:
We are seeking a skilled Data Modeller with proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing semantic layers to enable user-friendly data access for analysis. The ideal candidate is well-versed in industry best practices for data model design, has worked on medium to large systems, and excels in cross-functional collaboration to gather and analyze data requirements. Strong analytical skills, adaptability in agile environments, and excellent communication and documentation abilities are essential for success in this role.

- 18 month contract + extension option
