Experience: 10+ years (mining experience preferred)

What You'll Do:
- Lead a skilled team of Product Support Specialists to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Lead and coordinate L2,L3 support for timely resolution of customer queries.
- Oversee incident management, root cause analysis, and implementation of long-term fixes.
- Manage the support ticketing system to meet service level agreements and boost client satisfaction.
- Facilitate system upgrades, performance evaluations, and technical coaching.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Solution Architects, and Site Customers.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership in support processes and incident management.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, and Linux systems administration.
- Experience with fleet management systems, automated configuration tools, and container technologies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Site experience required/ willingness to travel/ experience with fleet management systems highly desirable
