- Candidates must be Melbourne or Canberra based - Hybrid (3 days work from office)
- 12 months Contract with likely extensions
- Must have NV1 Security Clearance.
Work as a Network Support Engineer with a Global Consulting firm on one of their established Government sector projects.
Responsibilities and Skills required include:
- Oversee and maintain client network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Configure and manage Cisco and HPE switches to support network operations.
- Implement and manage Fortinet firewalls to safeguard network integrity and data security.
- Design and optimize routing protocols to ensure efficient data flow across networks.
- Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and performance bottlenecks.
- Manage and support Azure cloud networking services and integration with on-premises systems.
- Configure and maintain F5 load balancers to optimize application delivery and performance.
- Implement and manage VMware NSX-T for network, firewalling.
