Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced OnBase Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining OnBase solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OnBase with other systems, automate workflows, and optimise document management processes. Additionally, you will provide training and support to end-users, ensuring the platform runs smoothly and effectively across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and document management.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate OnBase with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on the effective use of OnBase functionalities.
- Configure and customise OnBase workflows, forms, and document management processes to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth operation of OnBase.
- Manage and execute projects, tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Work with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the OnBase platform and its various modules, including workflows, forms, and document management.
- Proven experience in configuring and customising OnBase solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise content management (ECM) best practices and document management solutions.
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL querying for data management and reporting.
- Ability to analyse and troubleshoot system issues, providing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track project milestones and deliverables.
- Familiarity with coding languages such as C#, VB.NET, or JavaScript is an added advantage.
- Experience with system integrations using APIs, SDKs, and web services (REST, SOAP).
