Job description

Our client is currently seeking a Principal Integration Consultant with SAP & EAMS experience for an initial 5 Month Part Time Contract ! High likely hood of extension, Market Rates and WFH Flex on Offer !

THE ROLE

Significant work is underway to ensure the Services for Brisbane (SfB) program is successful, enabling transformation of the organisation's processes and systems. A critical success element is the integration between finance, assets and projects to ensure whole of the Department's outcomes are achieved.

As the Principal Integration Finance/EAM/Projects you will ensure the implementation of "Best Practice" SAP functionality with integration to third party solutions and Business Intelligence landscapes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Portfolio and Project Management Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Execution
  • Enterprise Asset Management Budgeting and Execution
  • Asset capitalisation and depreciation simulation including Work Breakdown Structure definition for assignment of Asset Under Construction
  • Maintenance cost budgeting (short and long term integration requirements)
  • Asset Investment Planning integration to EPPM (longer term integration requirements)
  • Financial integration of Noveco solutions to the overall planning and budgeting solutions.
  • Contract Management integration across EPPM and EAM (focusing on level of data capture, asset capitalisation requirements, retentions and contract close out)
  • Ensuring with level 3 / 4 definition of integrated business processes, data conversion, testing and reporting requirements support business needs

REQUIRED

  • Knowledge of functional and technical requirements of SAP S4/HANA, Best Practice with integration to third party solutions (Noveco) and business intelligence.
