Our client, a global mining company, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects across their operations.

Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Drive project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, effectively communicate project progress, and manage expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential challenges.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and empower high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to optimize project methodologies and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in delivering successful projects, preferably in a mining or resources context.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI).
- Flexibility to travel to site when required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering results.
- A commitment to safety, health, environment, and community.
