Job description

We are looking for an experienced and driven SailPoint Developer to join our team, specializing in Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support. The successful candidate will possess extensive expertise in identity and access management (IAM) and will be tasked with developing, implementing, and maintaining our SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. This role also includes providing high-level support to maintain the seamless functioning of our IAM environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and tailor SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to align with business needs.
  • Set up and sustain SailPoint workflows, rules, and policies.
  • Design custom connectors to integrate IdentityIQ with diverse systems and applications.
  • Conduct unit testing and provide support during QA and UAT phases.
  • Work alongside business analysts and stakeholders to collect and document requirements.
  • Develop and update technical documentation for SailPoint implementations.
  • Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, managing complex incidents and service requests.
  • Diagnose and fix issues related to identity provisioning, access requests, and access certifications.
  • Oversee and sustain the health of the SailPoint environment, including performance tuning and capacity planning.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Work with IT operations, security teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth IAM operations.
  • Create and implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect and address potential issues.



Essential Criteria:

  • Over 3 years of practical experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation.
  • More than 3 years of experience in delivering L2 and L3 support within an IAM environment.
  • Solid understanding of IAM principles, concepts, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Java, XML, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP) and provisioning protocols (e.g., SCIM, SPML).
