Work as an SAP Program Manager with a leading global Consulting firm on one of their Melbourne and Sydney based projects.
Responsibilities and Skills required include:
- 10+ years of program management experience, preferably in the areas of planning, managing, and leading all phases of diverse SAP S/4 HANA in a multi technology and vendor environment.
- Develop and Execute S/4HANA conversion program strategy and roadmap.
- Must have recent S/4HANA implementation experience, preferably in a Brownfield or Bluefield implementation.
- Experience in developing and managing client business strategies for multi-year, multimillion-dollar projects and teams, aligning business goals with technology solutions.
- Experience in documenting and driving process improvements.
- Strong technical, business, and financial acumen to effectively communicate with client executives and their respective teams.
- Experience in using multiple program / project management methodologies like SAP Activate, Agile/Scrum and waterfall.
- Experience in managing large teams working effectively with onsite & offshore resources.
