Job description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Security Architect & Technical Delivery Lead with a strong blend of technical expertise and client-facing skills. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions, ranging from security improvement plans to the design, development, and maturation of CERTs, SOCs, and Managed Security Services' SOCs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions for top-tier Government clients, spanning people, process, and technology.
  • Engage with clients to understand their security needs and design solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle-from initial design to final handover.
  • Lead on-site implementation by guiding a team (while contributing hands-on) in installing, configuring, and integrating solutions within client environments.
  • Ensure seamless quality assurance through rigorous testing and validation before handover.
  • Enhance and refine delivery processes, incorporating lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
  • Collaborate with product teams, providing feedback on evolving security needs to shape future cybersecurity solutions.
  • Work closely with sales teams, technical project managers, engineers, and solution architects to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
  • Given the international and national scope of this role, travel may be required to support on-site client engagements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in architecting and delivering cybersecurity solutions within a Government setting.
  • Strong technical background in designing, building, and maturing SOCs, CERTs, and security frameworks.
  • Ability to translate complex security requirements into actionable solutions that align with client needs.
  • Hands-on expertise in installing, configuring, and integrating security solutions into client environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at both technical and executive levels.
  • Experience in process improvement, best practice development, and technical governance.
  • NV2 security clearance (or ability to obtain PV clearance if required).
  • Candidates must have a defence background.
