Job description

Join a dynamic team as a Sr. Business Analyst for a large-scale technology project, where you will define key requirements, deliver business value, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage and collaborate with project teams on individual projects including Project Manager, Solution Architect, Change Lead and design and implementation vendors through all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Engage and collaborate with project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Review, analyse and document current state business processes and technology environment (infrastructure, applications, data and integration)
  • Provide input to project activities and deliverables such as delivery planning and design
  • Participate in procurement activities including input to procurement documents (such as Scope of Work) and participation in RFP and evaluation processes
  • Lead and/or assist in technical change management activities including Management of change, Change and release and deployment planning, impact and risk assessment

Deliverables

  • Produce and maintain project deliverables which are the Business Analyst's responsibility
  • Collaborate with other project team members in the production of other deliverables including project, technical and change management deliverables


Experience
It is preferred that the candidate have experience and credentials as follows:

  • Business Analysis background in technology solutions, systems and infrastructure projects
  • Business Analysis certification (e.g. CBAP)
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Mining/industrial/utility industry experience preferred

Site attendance / Travel

  • The Business Analyst will be required to attend Prominent Hill site as required to engage with stakeholders and conduct project activities
