One of our most reputable and sophisticated clients (with regards to infrastructure) is driving innovation and efficiency. They are embarking on a journey to integrate their digital systems and centralize their workforce operations with advanced Digital Asset Management (DAM) technologies. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead this integration initiative.
As the Project Manager for Digital Systems Integration and DAM Centralization, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation. You will oversee the integration of all digital systems, including CMS, CRM, ERP, and other critical tools, into a unified DAM platform. Your goal will be to centralize workflows, enhance collaboration, and optimize asset management across their organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the digital systems integration and DAM centralization project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current digital systems and identify integration opportunities.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Work with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
- Coordinate with IT and external vendors to design, develop, and implement integration solutions.
- Ensure data migration is accurate, secure, and efficient, adhering to metadata standards.
- Be instrumental in the change management at all stages.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement continuous improvement processes.
- Report on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management.
Again, Key Capabilities:
- Practical experience in consolidating DAM technologies and tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management
- Proven experience managing complex digital integration projects, preferably with DAM technologies.
- Strong knowledge of CMS, CRM, ERP systems, and their integration processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with API integration and middleware solutions is a plus.
