About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Centre Assistant to join this dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional support to stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation of service centre activities.
Required:
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge across various software applications eg. Office365, Active Directory, SAP, Citrix.
- Service Desk experience, including management of tickets within an ITSM Platform
