About the Role:
We're looking for a dedicated, customer-focused Service Centre Assistant to join this dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact, assisting with inquiries and providing exceptional support. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a position that directly impacts the department.
Required Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge across various software applications eg. Office365, Active Directory, SAP, Citrix.
- Service Desk experience, including management of tickets within an ITSM Platform
