THE ROLE
Our client, a world leader in the Mining Industry is currently seeking a forward thinking and talented individual to take on the key role of Supervisor - Technology Operations for an initial 6 Month Contract with high likely of extension.
This role is suited to someone who has the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and are looking for a high paced role with the opportunity to make a difference supporting the Operational Maintenance and Technology Teams.
KEY ATTRIBUTES
- Reporting to the Superintendent Surface Technology Operations, you will be working in a team with of Process Control Specialists, Network and Platforms Specialists, Communications Specialists and End User Support.
- Demonstrate commitment to customer service both internal and external to be business.
- Coaching, mentoring and building capability within your team.
- Supervising the execution of the weekly work schedule and approved break in work.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Team player that can build effective working relationships within your own team and external customers.
- Previous experience working in Technology is desirable but not a must. A keen interest in Technology will also be highly regarded.
- Strong leadership skills and the capability to positively influence the organisation's culture.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work to a schedule and manage workloads to deliver key outcomes.
