- AV OR Audio Visual OR Projectors OR MS Teams experience!!!
- Up to $500/day contracting rates
- Based in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales
- Some work from home flexibility.
Our client, one of the largest NSW government departments, is seeking an AV Technician to join their team and be involved in the following:
- Providing remote and onsite support for audio visual equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Surface Hubs, speakers, microphones, screens, projectors, and other equipment.
- This position requires the individual to manage and action audio visual tickets efficiently.
- Ensure smooth operation of the audiovisual system by coordinating with internal and external teams
- Provide excellent customer service to end users and clients, resolving any audiovisual issues promptly.
- Ensure audio visual equipment is handled in accordance with safety protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct audio visual training at various sites as required.
- Conducting a review of project documentation once the projects have been handed over to support team.
