Job description
We are seeking a skilled PowerBI Developer with hands-on experience in Power Query (M Query) and Rest API integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, ETL processes, and developing interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Modeling and Design:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust BI solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards.
- Build, optimize, and maintain ETL processes to load data from various sources into data warehouses.
- Develop queries, procedures, and reports based on business needs.
Reporting and Visualization:
- Create interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports using PowerBI.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility through reporting systems.
- Train and support end users to effectively utilize BI tools.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define key metrics and provide analytical support.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to recommend actionable insights.
Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and other team members to integrate BI solutions into business processes.
- Work with database administrators and data architects to enhance database performance and data integrity.
- Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and optimizing BI report performance.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Power Query (M Query).
- Experience with Rest API usage in PowerBI.
- Strong background in data modeling and ETL processes.
- Expertise in building interactive dashboards and data reports.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to drive business insights.
