Our client, a global mining company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their expanding team and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a site-wide project.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders across multiple sites and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including Risk Owners, Vehicle Coordinators, Safety Managers, Equipment Engineers, and site-specific personnel.
- Workshop Facilitation: Conduct effective workshops and facilitate assessments to identify and prioritize potential risks and issues.
- Risk and Issue Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk and issue register, tracking progress and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Process and Role Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear processes and roles, ensuring alignment and consensus.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise from project roll-out, leveraging knowledge from the Change Manager where necessary.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a seasoned Business Analyst, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Candidates with prior experience in the mining industry are strongly preferred.
- While experience with vehicle management systems or vehicle monitoring software systems is not a prerequisite, it would be considered advantageous.
