Job description

Our client, a global leader in technology, is seeking TWO Business Analyst to join their growing team on an initial 6-month contract, with opportunity for extensions.

They're seeking one Business Analyst who has experience in cyber security projects, and another Business Analyst with experience in IT/OT projects.

Cyber Security Business Analyst

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Elicit, analyse, and document complex business requirements related to cyber security.
    • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on requirements, priorities, and work allocation.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to define and assess cyber security solutions.
    • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
  • Preferred Skills and Experience:
    • Strong understanding of cyber security principles and practices.
    • Experience in business analysis techniques and methodologies.
    • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Network Operations Business Analyst

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate, facilitate, and document various project deliverables, including executive summaries and requirements.
    • Manage project backlogs and prioritize tasks.
    • Support Senior Project Managers and Change Managers in the delivery of network operations projects.
    • Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
    • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred Skills and Experience:
    • Experience working with Operational Technology (OT) systems, such as SCADA, is advantageous.
    • Consulting experience is beneficial.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Experience with automation tools like Ansible is a plus.
    • Background in infrastructure and application upgrade projects.
