Job description

THE ROLE

As the Program Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the successful adoption of new business systems and processes within the Department as well as the introduction of digital delivery of specific services to the South Australian community.

You will be responsible for leading all aspect of change management across the program. You will collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of technology and process changes on various individuals and groups and developing appropriate change management strategies and implementing plans that support effective communication and messaging throughout the program's life-cycle, minimise resistance and maximise adoption.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Design, lead and deliver successful change management for the Program
  • Be responsible for driving transformation across the Department's business with the successful adoption of project outcomes
  • Deliver expert advice to undertake and coordinate the development of communications materials for projects and programs, in conjunction with the Project Managers and Program manager to support the implementation of the change.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of services by identifying and recommending improvements to current Change Management practices, documentation and outcomes.

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Demonstrate proven experience leading change management within complex IT programs
  • Demonstrate significant competence in applying contemporary change management frameworks, change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships across diverse teams and organisations.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrate highly evolved strategic and analytic skills.
