Our client, one of Australia's leading telecommunications providers are seeking a standout Community Manager with a strong communication skills and knowledge in telecommunication industry frameworks and regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with and respond to MP's, Council, Media, Public and internal enquiries.
- Assist with the auditing of key mobile base station planning processes
- Prepare training presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Investigate and respond to ACMA audit and complaints
- Maintain key policy documents eg; Regulatory Guidelines
About You
- Recent graduate in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Property, or a related discipline.
- A solid understanding of town planning principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Understanding of Mobile station deployment codes and Telecommunications Act
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to respond clearly and professionally to enquiries.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
