Are you an IT service desk professional looking for a short-term contract role in Perth CBD? We are seeking experienced IT support specialist who is available immediately and ready to jump into their next role and hit the ground running.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing 1st and 2nd level IT support for desktop products, hardware, web-based applications, and video conferencing systems, both remotely and on-site.
- Logging, tracking, and resolving queries made to our Service Desk, ensuring smooth operations and escalating issues when necessary.
- Creating and managing Knowledge Base articles as needed to support both users and the IT team.
- Supporting the delivery of key technology projects, such as Office refreshes, MS Teams Calling, and Windows 11 rollouts for our Corporate Office.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Solid experience delivering 1st and 2nd level IT support within a corporate environment.
- Expertise in administering and supporting Windows 11, iOS, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure) and systems administration.
- Hands-on experience supporting meeting rooms, particularly with Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and creating knowledge articles.
- A customer-centric approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage your workload and meet competing deadlines.
- Ability to convey technical information in a clear, understandable manner.

- Contract: Short-term with full-time hours (8-hour days)
