Job description
This position plays a key role in delivering advanced Microsoft 365 solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of M365 technologies, combined with hands-on experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Intune, Exchange Online configuration, SharePoint Online, OneDrive setup, and user support for iOS devices.
Key Responsibilities
- MDM Intune Configuration:
Implement and manage mobile device management (MDM) policies using Microsoft Intune to ensure secure, compliant device management for clients.
- Exchange Online Configuration:
Customize and optimise Exchange Online settings, including mailbox policies, retention, and compliance configurations, tailored to client needs.
- SharePoint Online & OneDrive Configuration:
Set up and manage SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business to facilitate seamless collaboration and document sharing across client organizations.
- User Rollout & Support:
Oversee the rollout of M365 services, providing training and ongoing support, particularly for iOS users.
- Purview Labelling & Defender Reporting:
Perform testing with Microsoft Purview labelling and manage Defender reporting to ensure data protection, security, and compliance.
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview and associated technologies.
- Proficient in M365 technologies, including MDM Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Demonstrated experience supporting users on iOS devices.
- Prior experience with testing Microsoft Purview labelling and managing Defender reporting.
- Security clearance of NV1 or NV2 is required.
- Previous consulting experience is essential.
