Job description
Are you an experienced Organisational Change Manager ready to make a meaningful impact from day one? We have an exciting opportunity to support a major process change project for a well-known client in Perth.
As the OCM, you'll work closely with the Project Manager, Business Analyst, and a Senior BA, focusing on rolling out SAP Ways of Working. This initiative isn't about the technology-it's about the people. You'll play a key role in guiding users through changes in their day-to-day operations and workflows, ensuring they are prepared and supported throughout the transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management efforts from start to finish, focusing on process changes that impact the business and users directly.
- Work with approximately 200 users across departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Procurement.
- Partner with the BA team to ensure training and documentation meet the business's needs and facilitate a smooth knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with the CFO, the project sponsor, ensuring top-down support for change initiatives.
- Engage with a small user base, making communication and collaboration seamless.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing change initiatives, ideally from cradle to grave, or at least significant portions of the project lifecycle.
- Ability to engage with various business units to tailor change management approaches to different user groups.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how changes can impact day-to-day operations.
- Previous SAP experience is a bonus, but not essential.
Why You'll Love This Role:
- You'll be involved from the planning stages and will see the project through to completion.
- Work with a tight-knit team in a supportive, flexible environment, with a mix of office and remote work (1.5 days/week from home).
- Enjoy a refreshing change from large, slow-moving organisations-engage directly with key decision-makers like the CFO.
