Organisational Change Manager

Join a Large QLD State Government Department as their new Organisational Change Manager for an inital 6 month contract + Extension. WFH Flex and Market Rates on offer !

THE ROLE

• As the Department's Organisational Change Manager you will be required to lead and implement sustainable transformational change, to maintain stakeholder confidence and assist adoption of new technical capabilities in the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with IT leadership to assess current capabilities, identify gaps, and develop a roadmap to adopt contemporary ways of working.
• Design and implement change management strategies to foster a culture of collaboration, customer-centricity, and adaptability across IT teams during the transformation process.
• Lead collaborative engagement with business stakeholders to assess and manage change impacts and prepare the business for change

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Works on multiple projects simultaneously and uses a pragmatic approach to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances
• Ensures internal and external stakeholder engagement is well managed via good practice relationship and engagement practices, client and supplier management and enables effective and efficient operational service delivery.
• Good knowledge of project and workforce management methodologies with Agile and hybrid approaches preferred.
