THE ROLE
The project administrator will provide high quality administration and support to the Senior Director in the delivery of project activities including diary management, status and financial reporting, workshops, stakeholder management, tracking of milestones, issues and risk management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide efficient and effective administration support to the Senior Director as directed including diary management and scheduling, booking travel, and various other project support activities.
- Support the Program Director by taking minutes and coordinating workshops and meetings and collating meeting packs.
- Assist with task allocation and oversight of entry level administrative staff within the program, providing mentoring when required.
- Participate as a proactive member of the team contributing innovative ideas and solutions to all aspects of the business to ensure the program and project teams within the Department are supported by an efficient and effective administration service.
REQUIREMENTS
- Formal Qualification in (or working towards) Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the Health or Information Technology industries (IT).
- Proven high level oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with team members and internal and external stakeholders.
