Our client, a leading energy company, is seeking experienced professionals to join their dynamic team. We have multiple exciting opportunities for Project/Program Managers to drive our IT initiatives and deliver critical services supporting our operating assets.
Available Roles:
2 x Project Managers - Applications Delivery
You will lead end-to-end project delivery for critical applications across the business, ensuring timely completion, quality, and alignment with stakeholder needs. Your focus will be on managing cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions that enhance Woodside's digital capabilities.2 x IT/OT Project Managers - Services Delivery
These roles focus on managing services that support operating assets. You will work in IT/OT environments, overseeing the implementation of mobility devices, security systems, CCTV, and more. Your technical expertise will ensure that both physical infrastructure and software components are seamlessly integrated into our operations.1 x Program Manager - Applications Delivery
As a Program Manager, you will take charge of overseeing multiple application delivery projects, ensuring strategic alignment, and managing risks and resources effectively. You'll drive program success, working closely with project managers and senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions that support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects or programs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new applications or services.
- Ensure compliance with business standards, policies, and safety regulations.
- Provide leadership in IT/OT environments for roles supporting operating assets.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in leading full application delivery projects.
- Experience in managing services and infrastructure supporting operational technology environments, including security systems, mobility devices, and CCTV.
- Extensive experience in managing multiple projects/programs, with a focus on application delivery.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects within large-scale organizations.
- Familiarity with IT and OT environments, particularly for the IT/OT roles.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly regarded.
