Job description

Our client, a large government department, is requiring the skills of a Records Clerk. Based in ParramattaParramatta, you will assist the team to manage and organise records.

Essential:

  • Able to deliver high quality, consistent and timely record management services.
  • Previous experience in using Content Manager (Trim) is desirable.
  • Search Trim to locate and retrieve company records as requested, file movements, archiving, sending archive boxes to storage.
  • Ability to prepare Content Manager (Trim) reports and check for data quality.
  • Able to assist in sentencing and disposing records. Has good communication skills to deal with our internal customers.
  • Able to work in the office, flexible to work in a team, meeting demands of planned work
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and prepre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision and able to work on own.

Desirable:

  • Requires at least 2-3 years of related records management experience
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
