Job description

Our client, a global technology leader within the utilities sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced WebMethods Consultant to join their growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using the WebMethods platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using the WebMethods platform, including Integration Server, Developer/Designer, MWS, Broker, and various adapters.
  • Integrate WebMethods with other systems, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA integration.
  • Develop and consume web services (SOAP, REST) using WSDL and XML.
  • Write and maintain WebMethods Flow Services and adapters.
  • Test and troubleshoot integration solutions using SOAP-UI and other relevant tools.
  • Analyze and design middleware architecture, including platform sizing and design based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and project managers.
  • Work effectively in an Onsite-Offshore delivery model.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.

Required:

  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience with the WebMethods integration platform.
  • Strong experience with WebMethods components, including Integration Server, Developer/Designer, MWS, Broker, and various adapters.
  • Proven experience in integrating WebMethods with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Proficiency in WebMethods Flow Services and adapter development.
