Job description
Join a major commercial client based in Sydney as they embark on a major cloud migration to AWS. This is an initial 12 month contact with a possible extension.
In this role, your main focus will be to oversee the agile delivery of the AWS migration project, including overseeing both individual teams and a broader tribe within an agile, scaled framework.
About the role
- Working at the Trible level, you will implement agile practices across the squads
- Effective Product backlog management and work with the product owners to meet changing customer priorities and/or dates
- Remove impediments and blockers as well as identify dependencies and risks and escalate these issues where appropriate
- Coach and Advocate for best practice in Agile delivery methodologies
- Continuously develop, mature, and evolve Agile Ways of Working, ceremonies, and processes
- Build and manage strong relationships and communications with diverse stakeholders andimplementation partners
- Identify and implement opportunities to evolving reporting methods that provide project insight to support your team and its improvement, and to best inform management.
About you
- 5+ years' operating in similar role where you have had responsibility for ensuring agile ways of working are being adhered to.
- Previous experience working on complex AWS cloud migrations, including experience with the delivery and implementation stage
- Superior collaborator able to work with the product owner, development team, and all other parties
- High-level written communication and people skills with an ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization, internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional knowledge in the practical application of Agile rituals and development methods
