This position plays a key role in collaborating with enterprise clients to deliver cutting-edge, reliable solutions using your expertise in the Microsoft Security Suite. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a passion for emerging technologies, expertise with Purview and a desire to excel in the consulting space, specialising in Microsoft's security tools to create meaningful results for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Management: Support and maintain key security components, including Purview Labelling, DLP, Microsoft Defenders, certificate-based authentication, Cloud Kerberos Trust, and Entra ID configurations.
- Post-Implementation Support: Deliver ongoing security support to users post-rollout, ensuring smooth and secure operations.
- Incident Resolution: Align with Service Desk processes to manage and resolve Tier 2 and 3 incidents promptly and professionally.
- Threat Monitoring: Continuously monitor security systems, identifying and mitigating risks before they escalate.
- Compliance & Auditing: Conduct regular assessments to ensure adherence to security frameworks and industry standards.
- Documentation & Training: Create security policies, procedures, and training materials to educate teams and clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to integrate robust security measures across the organisation.
- Client Consulting: Provide tailored advice and solutions to meet clients' specific security challenges.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Expertise: Hands-on experience with security tools like Purview, DLP, Microsoft Defenders, and Cloud Kerberos Trust.
- Consulting Background: Prior experience delivering expert security advice and solutions to clients.
- Security Clearance: NV1 or NV2 clearance is mandatory.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify and address security vulnerabilities effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Certifications in M365 security or related fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate).
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
- Attention to Detail: A commitment to maintaining the highest security standards.
- Strong Communication: Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Player: Comfortable working independently and in collaborative environments.
