Candidates must be Brisbane or Perth based - 12 months contract with likely extensions!
Work as a Senior Workforce Management Consultant with an established organisation based out of Perth/ Brisbane.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with the Workforce Management Technology Lead and System Integrator partner to Implement a new global Workforce Management system.
- Providing input and governance of the overall solution during the full lifecycle of the project (design/build/test/deploy/go live support).
- Shift Rostering and rostering integration to time / payroll.
- All outbound interfaces / third party integrations.
- SuccessFactors Integration.
- Workforce Management to Payroll Integration.
Skills required:
- 10+ years proven hands on functional / configuration experience.
- Hands on expertise in Workforce Management Products like Kronos, WFS and SAP Time Management.
- Must have completed Workforce Management full cycle implementations for a medium to large organisation (resources industry ideal but not mandatory) where the role included hands on configuration with at least 1 in each (WFS and Kronos).
- Strong Shift and Payroll Rostering, Australian Awards and Interpretation and Leave Management design/architect skills.
- Hands on configuration experience with workforce management products (eg. Kronos, Workforce Software, SAP time management).
- Chilean Time and Payroll knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of business processes in time and attendance and payroll.
