Siebel Infrastructure Engineer
- Location:Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide
- Contract Duration:12 months + potential 12-month extension
- Siebel environment installation; configuration & upgrade
About the Role:
Join a dynamic team to support a large, complex portfolio of work aimed at delivering new and enhanced digital transformation capabilities. As a Siebel Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting major new initiatives and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and upgrade Siebel environments
- Package and migrate Siebel code and EIM data
- Configure and support Siebel developer workspaces
- Apply Siebel application patches
- Integrate Oracle BI Publisher Reports
- Perform routine technical administration tasks
- Tune and monitor ACG environment performance
- Handle Siebel Technical Level 2 & 3 functions, including escalations from 1st level support
