This industry leading private sector organisation has a fantastic opportunity available for a Technology, Digital and Data Lead, to join their leadership team.
Reporting to the CFO, you will drive end-to-end transformation of various critical systems - ERP, HCM, Payroll, CRM, e-commerce, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). You will focus on program management, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance , and successful change management.
As Technology, Digital and Data Lead, you will will partner closely with business owners to ensure the holistic transformation considers people, processes, data and technology. Your role will be diverse and oversee Projects, Risk, Security, Data Migration Vendor Management and be the sole driving force in IT.
Experience Required:
- 10 Years experience in end-to-end management of business and IT transformation programs.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver system integrations across ERP, HCM, payroll, CRM, LMS and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong Program management skills with a focus on delivering complex transformations on time and within budget.
- Experience in establishing cyber risk strategies and frameworks, ensuring that security is an integral part of system design and execution.
- Expertise in the following things:
- Enterprise strategy and planning,
- Requirements definition and management
- Enterprise and business architecture
- Human centered design
- Change management
- Systems development, Testing and benefits realisation
- Tertiary qualifications in business, IT or a related field
- Project management, certification is highly desirable.
