Job description

We are seeking a skilled Level 3 Support Engineer for Non-Contact Centre Voice Infrastructure services to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering L3 DevOps and operational support for the MS Teams Recording service.
  • Supporting the L3 and Trading Floor teams with BAU operations and project execution.
  • Overseeing the resolution of system vulnerabilities within the team.
  • Driving the team's Continuous Improvement and Service Improvement initiatives.
  • Monitoring and ensuring performance targets (MTTR, OLA, SLA) for service delivery are met.
  • Handling the submission of Change Control requests.
  • Completing mandatory company training, including OHS, Risk, and Compliance, on time.

Essential:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with compliance call recording systems such as NICE/NTRX or ASC.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the planning, implementation, and support of telephony infrastructure within a medium to large enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience in writing technical documentation, such as ITSD and SSD.
  • 1-5 years of experience with trading floor systems such as IPC/Unigy or Cloud9 is nice to have.
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments is desirable.
  • Experience using ServiceNow (SNOW) for service management is nice to have.
  • Proficiency with the Jira project management tool is desirable.
  • Strong background in creating user guides, technical documentation, operational procedures, and reports is nice to have.
