UiPath Senior Business Analyst

Our Federal Govenrment client is seeking an experienced UiPath Senior Business Analyst to join their Canberra,Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane team. This is a 12 month contract with 2x12 month extension option. The role is open for Australian citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline clearance.

• Open for Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane locations.
• Australian citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline clearance.
• Hybrid role ( 3 days from office and 2 days WFH).
• Paxus pays weekly.

The ideal candidates will collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business processes for automation. This role involves engaging with business, gathering requirements, analysing existing processes and identifying improvements appropriate for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

To be successful in this role you must:

• Collaborate with cross-function teams to identify automation opportunities within business processes.
• Conduct detailed analysis of current processes and workflows to facilitate RPA solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Develop RPA business cases and use cases for executive assessment.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and the upfront identification of Success Criteria.

To be considered for this role you must:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of RPA technologies and best practices.
• Experience in process mapping, business process modelling, and requirements gathering
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Previous experience engaging with business colleagues for User Acceptance Testing
