Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced UiPath Senior Developer to join their Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane team. This is a 12 month contract with 2x12 month extension option. The role is open to Australian citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline clearance.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. This role requires a deep understanding of RPA technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
To be successful in this role you must:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using appropriate tooling.
- Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Maintain and optimise existing RPA workflows to improve performance and business value.
- Conduct Unit Testing on developed code and support the full testing lifecycle, including test automation.
- Document development processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation development.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring staff in the use of Robotic Process Automation tools.
- Strong understanding of RPA technologies and best practices.
- Previous experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous experience with Automated Software Testing
