About The Role:
This role is pivotal in partnering with enterprise clients to provide innovative and reliable solutions, leveraging your expertise in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and associated security tools. Key Responsibilities:

  • Hypercare Support: Provide post-production support for Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (M365) components, ensuring seamless operations for users.
  • Incident Management: Work in alignment with Service Desk processes to handle and resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 incidents efficiently.
  • Security Maintenance: Support and manage security components such as Purview Labelling, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Microsoft Defenders, certificate-based authentication, and Entra ID configurations.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Continuously monitor systems, identify vulnerabilities, and address security risks.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Conduct regular security assessments to meet industry standards and best practices.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training resources for colleagues and clients.
  • Collaboration: Partner with IT teams to integrate security and operational measures across the organisation.
  • Client Consulting: Provide tailored advice and solutions to address specific client challenges.

What We're Looking For:

  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Windows 11 and M365 components, including post-production implementation processes.
  • M365 Proficiency: Hands-on experience with M365 applications such as Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Teams.
  • Security Clearance: NV1 or NV2 security clearance is essential.
  • Security Skills: Knowledge of Purview, DLP, and robust security frameworks with proven implementation skills.
  • Consulting Experience: Previous experience providing high-quality consulting services to clients.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to interact effectively with users at all organisational levels.
  • Certifications Preferred: Relevant certifications in M365 security or related fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate).
