We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join this government agency. In this role, you will be pivotal in improving processes, defining requirements, and supporting various initiatives within the department. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to deliver business solutions that align with strategic goals.
Skills/experience:
- Strong Workshop Facilitation skills and effective at Eliciting requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, including a sound understanding of the user perspectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels within the department.
- Agile Business Analysis methodologies, development lifecycle, project roles and products.
- Business requirements Documentation.
