As the Business Analyst you will be knowledgeable in business analysis methods, tools and techniques, with proficient stakeholder engagement skills and able to select, adapt and adopt the most appropriate approach to define the business need.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven Business Analysis experience
- Proven experience in developing IT Portfolio plan and budget preparation for large organisations.
- Proven experience in developing Strategic Framework & Assurance.
- Proven experience to identify dependencies between projects across multiple large scale integration programs.
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM delivery methodologies and technologies
- Proven experience with extracting and documenting current and future state business understanding (capture info about people/process/tech/data).
- Proven experience with workshop facilitation and requirements elicitation.
- Proven experience of Business case development
- Demonstrated ability to define user journeys and the supporting requirements, to develop and deliver effective business solutions.
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving, working well under pressure and meeting work deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in writing Request for Proposal (RFP) or similar documentation and vendor engagement.
