Job description
Our client is running a large transformation program as part of our their wider Digital program of work. For this program of work, we are requiring a Change Manager to join the team on a 6 month initial contract + extensions. We are looking for someone who has experience on a Cloud program of work, ideally in AWS but open to other platforms.
This role is critical for a successful outcome of this project and requires a professional well-versed in the nuances of cloud migration.
Joining a dedicated change team, you will be responsible for executing a blend of strategic program work and hands-on activities.
Responsibilities include assessing and mapping the impacts of the cloud transition. Tracking and reporting progress, developing targeted communications to facilitate change within the organisation and evaluating the impact of the change initiatives and adapting strategies for optional outcomes.
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have demonstrated experience working in a Change Manager capacity, ideally with large enterprise on-premises to cloud projects.
You will also have expertise in orchestrating complex change management strategies, particularly within technology and digital sectors, be exceptional in stakeholder engagement and communication skills and be personally adaptable, and able to work in a low maturity transformational environments.
