Join a leading private sector organisation providing leading edge IT and Operational Technologies with a major presence in Queensland.
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Security Engineer to provide specialist advice and management our security infrastructure, in particular a range of firewalls, including Cisco and Palo Alto. You will oversee network security controls and best practise that span Information Technology and Operational Technology environments.
Skills required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security-focused role (Security Engineer, Network Security, Incident Response within a large and complex environment
- Experience migrating core firewalls within a complex IT networking environment
- Experience implementing Network Detection Response (NDR) solutions
- Exposure to Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, F5, AWS and Azure network technologies
- Network professional level certifications (e.g./ CCNA, F5 NCTS, AWSCCP, PCCSA, CCSA)
