About the Role: A highly-regarded organisation is seeking two Principal Technical Specialists to support the delivery of Endpoint Protection and Vulnerability Management solutions as part of a larger Cyber Security Program. This role involves leading the implementation and technical configuration of key security tools and solutions, ensuring they meet performance standards and bolster security across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, deployment, and configuration of Endpoint Protection Platforms (EPP) and Vulnerability Management Systems (VMS).
  • Contribute to project planning, identifying risks, and collaborating with team members for timely solution delivery.
  • Provide high-level support and ensure operational effectiveness of security solutions.
  • Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and performance tuning of security tools.
  • Implement proactive measures to enhance system resilience against emerging threats.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop, communicate, and implement technical security plans.
  • Offer expert advice on current and future security needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience with Endpoint Security and Vulnerability Management architectures and technologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in core IT domains: Active Directory, Windows OS, Unix/Linux, cloud services, and endpoint security.
  • Proficiency in vulnerability assessment tools, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and network security protocols.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and Prince2 methodologies, with solid conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
  • Experience working in large, complex environments with diverse teams.

Additional Information:

  • Full-time hours, with on-site expectations; flexible arrangements may be discussed.
  • Reasonable travel may be required, and an open 'C' class driver's licence is desirable.
