Job description

Are you a skilled Business Analyst ready to make an impact on a high-profile digital project within a large government organisation? We are seeking an experienced professional to lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and the design of user-centred digital solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and gather business and functional requirements.
  • Document requirements, processes, and workflows using industry-standard techniques.
  • Support testing activities, including preparing and executing test plans.
  • Deliver project documentation aligned with organisational frameworks and policies.
  • Manage information and records in compliance with information management standards.

Essential Skills

  • 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system integration.
  • Experience with user-centred design, usability testing, and technical writing.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, JIRA, SharePoint, and standard office tools.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with BPMN 2.0 or similar frameworks.
  • Previous work within a government environment is highly desirable.
