Job description
Our prominent private sector client is seeking a Software Developer (NI&IW) to take on the responsibility of designing, developing, and implementing key applications that provide value to both users and stakeholders. The role will involve close collaboration with ICD-focused teams to ensure smooth integration and co-development of relevant applications.
Key experience in one or more of the following areas/technologies is required:
- Design and Development: Build applications, APIs, hooks, and connectors to meet functional requirements, using client-provided environments. This includes both front end and back end development, as well as integration and performance testing.
- Deployment and Issue Resolution: Prepare software packages for deployment on platform infrastructure, assist with diagnosing issues, and help resolve defects. The role also involves utilising the client-supplied IDE for control, deployment, and pipeline management.
- Work-flow Development: Develop and document the process work flow for data management. This includes creating detailed flowcharts and process diagrams, defining data pipelines, and ensuring that all stages of data processing are clearly outlined and efficient.
Contract Duration: 6 months
Potential Extensions: Up to 2 x 12-month with potential extension
Location: Sydney, NSW
