System Administrator
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) System Administrator
- Location:Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide
- Contract Duration:12 months + 2 x 12 months extension
- Working Arrangements:Flexible
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to a team deploying Intune and related tools for policy deployment, tracking, reporting, and remediation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
- Develop and provide compliance data to service consumers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve non-compliance issues and undocumented problems.
- Plan, design, implement, and manage:
- Microsoft Intune and Conditional Access Policies with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)
- Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) including content file protection, document classification, BYOK, HYOK, custom templates, protection
- scanner, FCI, S/MIME protection, etc.
- Azure Application Proxy and Web App Proxy
- Multi-Factor Authentication (On-prem and Cloud)
- Mobile Device Management (iOS, macOS, Windows) with Intune
- Risky Sign-in and Security Policies
- Migration from other mobility solutions (Softbank, MobileIron, MaaS 360) to Microsoft Enterprise Mobility
Skills and experience:
- Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator qualification.
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including multi-domain configuration and authentication.
- Understanding of Ivanti EPMM/MobileIron.
- Proven ability to contribute to the continual improvement of services and technical teams.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Desirable Criteria:
- ITIL Foundation Qualification.
Requirements:
Australian citizenship is required. Baseline security clearance is preferred.
