Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Windows 11 Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in configuring, testing, and managing Windows 11 environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Windows 11 SOE (Standard Operating Environment), MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager), Intune, and endpoint management, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance across the organization's infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Windows 11 SOE, ensuring it meets organizational standards and performance expectations.
- Leverage MECM and Intune to manage devices and endpoint security.
- Test and validate Windows 11 configurations, applications, and endpoint solutions.
- Perform application compatibility testing, identifying and troubleshooting issues related to Windows 11.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve system processes.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Windows 11-related queries.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with Windows 11 SOE deployment and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) and Intune.
- Experience with endpoint management, including security and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with testing configurations and applications on Windows 11 environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- NV1 or NV2 security clearance is a must.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, etc.).
